We are located 2 minutes from the Polo park mall. Can drop off and most repairs and upgrades take 30-60 minutes. Pickup at your location can also be arranged within the city of Winnipeg.

We meet locally around Polo Park area. At my house and or i can come to you for an extra fee. I can also do house calls on some repairs. I give a free quote and I fix and upgrade. Diagnosis is included.

Once we have received your package we will update you and keep you informed as the console and or controllers are being processed for diagnosis and once confirmed for repair.

Once the Console and or Controller is fixed. We then arrange for shipping back to you. If its not fixable we do not charge unless otherwise discussed but shipping is still customers responsibility.
